Árni Rúnar Sverrisson

Árni Rúnar studied art at the Icelandic College of Arts and Crafts and the Reykjavík School of Visual Arts. Since his debut solo exhibition in Reykjavík in 1989, he has maintained an active exhibition career. After working on his practice in Sicily in 1999, he returned to focus on the Icelandic art scene, where he has staged over fifteen solo shows and participated in numerous group exhibitions and competitions.
