Una Margrét Árnadóttir

Una Margrét Árnadóttir presents her solo exhibition, titled “Tánögl” (Toenail), opening at Pálshús in Ólafsfjörður alongside the museum’s summer opening on May 15th. The exhibition brings together three new pieces: “Önnur kjúklingabringa” (Another Chicken Breast), “Brotinn hvalur” (Broken Whale), and “Tánögl” (Toenail)—unusual as that may sound. Una earned her Master’s degree from Malmö Art Academy in 2013 and a Bachelor’s from the Gothenburg Academy of Photography in 2011. She has exhibited extensively both locally and internationally, remaining an active force in the Reykjavík art scene.
